    1. Case studies: Implemented strategies in similar conditions have been scrutinized.
    2. Site & Climate Analysis Fields of investigation: topography, climate information including; Dry temperature, degree days, UTCI, Psychrometric Chart in three time frames now, 2050 and 2080 in order to investigate the impact of climate change on the site.
    3. Design Alterations Comparing different alterations in terms of sunlight hours, radiation analysis, view analysis, daylight, energy consumption, life cycle, mobility, heat island, wind comfort, Run-off management, Frost probability, and etc
    4. Passive and Active Strategies
    5. Renewable Energy Feasibility
    6. Detailed Performance Modeling Different facilities have been assessed in terms of energy consumption, daylight comfort. Detailed BEM for each facility inline with regulations such as ASHRAE 50 for min air change have been carried out
    7. HVAC & Envelope Optimization Three HVAC alterations: 1. Fan Coil (4pipe) & Air cooled chiller 2. VAV 3. PTAC
