Neighborhood Library
The purpose of this project is to design a cultural place, a neighborhood library, using new and renewable energies. It helps people in the neighborhood to learn about new and renewable energy. By reducing the need for fossil fuel and providing natural renewable energy, this building shows the ability to adapt to the ecological characteristics of the region.

Design Process
1. Form the geometry of the project by offsetting from the edges of the site.
4. Make a visual connection between the floors through the central courtyard.
2. In terms of achieving silence and how to study, the project is divided into three parts.
5. Invite people and take them to the top layers of the project.
3. Create the open space of each floor in the opposite direction of the annoying wind.
6. Create semi-open spaces for communication with park and street.
